SpeakerMs. Laura Hammel will review cyberbullying’s underlying dynamics, explain who typically engages in the behavior, and offer constructive means by which interested adults can intervene. Ms. Hammel is currently pursuing a PhD in Urban Education at CSU and will be a guest speaker at the Ophelia Project’s National Convention in October. A panel discussion with other distiguished professionals will follow.
